Horsford Windows were established in 1993 by Brian & Jenny Hoffman running the business from their home in Horsford (hence the name).
Soon after setting up, they moved into their first showroom on Patteson Rd in Norwich, it was when they were there Gary joined them around 1996 as an installer.

Soon after setting up, they moved into their first showroom on Patteson Rd in Norwich, it was when they were there Gary joined them around 1996 as an installer. Again, with Brian growing the business he then opened up his second showroom up in Cromer due to Horsford being very successful in the North Norfolk area. After a while an opportunity came up for the surveyors position which Gary then took on and was then looking after the installation teams as well. Things were going very well for Horsford and we soon outgrew our original showroom, so we started to look for new location to move forward.
Brian had 3 things he wanted to achieve in his business life and that was to see Horsford become established and on a solid footing, new showroom and to turn over our first million pounds in a financial year. Towards the end of 2002 Brian offered Gary the chance to become a director, he made David Mungham our sales manager with the view to employ more sales staff and grow that side of the business, in September 2003 we moved into our current Norwich showroom in the November of the same year we hit our million-pound target. So that was all three things Brian had wanted to achieve done. Then unfortunately in the December he had a heart attack and sadly passed away, leaving a great big hole in the business. At this point it was just a case of getting our heads down and working our way through it and with the great team we have here around us we have just gone from strength to strength.
Over 30 years on now are bigger than we have ever been and using Brian's beliefs on how the company should run we are one of Norfolk's leading Window & Conservatory companies with very many satisfied customers all over Norfolk and North Suffolk.

Superb Conservatory and fantastic customer service
'Horsford replaced our conservatory roof with a “warm roof” system. In addition, they plastered walls and ceilings including replaster of our kitchen ceiling. We have been thrilled with the pace of work and high regard for customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They started work a few weeks earlier than expected and completed the job bang on the 4 weeks period we were expecting. The finished product is truly excellent and we have had 2 visits from the company director and original sales exec to ensure that the work is to our satisfaction and in keeping with their own high standards.
